By booking tickets on our website, you accept the following terms and conditions.

1. Tickets are non refundable, and cannot be swapped for an alternative screening. Tickets will only be refunded in the unlikely event that your chosen screening is cancelled by Regal Mobile Cinemas. In such an event, you will receive a full refund.

2. Film age ratings are enforced at all of our screenings. No person under the legally advised age will be admitted.

3. Any person causing disruption / noise / annoyance to others during the film may be removed from the screening by Regal Mobile Cinemas Management. No refunds of any kind will be given in such circumstances.

4. Only food and drink purchased on the premises is permitted to be consumed at all of our screenings. Refreshments will be available to buy at reasonable prices on the day. Don't worry! We're not like the big chain cinemas - our prices are genuinely reasonable. Anyone found bringing their own food and drink into our screenings will be reminded they are not permitted to open or consume any of their own items on the premises. Refusal to comply with this rule may result in your food / drink being confiscated or the person being removed from the screening.

5. All children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

6. To minimise disruption to other guests, last entry to the screening will be 10 minutes after the advertised film start time. Doors open 30 minutes before the advertised film start time. This allows our guests ample time to arrive, settle down, and get ready for the film.

7. Seating is unreserved - choose your seats when you arrive. Larger groups can request to reserve seats together. This must be done at least 5 days in advance of the screening. Contact details are listed on the Contact Us page of our website.

8. Tickets are priced per person, unless otherwise stated. Each person attending the screening requires their own ticket.

9. Babies in buggies are permitted at age appropriate screenings, free of charge assuming they are in their buggy or sharing a seat with an adult. We ask you to please respect other guests, and remove crying babies from the screening room.
